This price was achieved in the auction First Open | Online at Christies in New York and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of USD 7,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Richard Long have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 200,000.00 (€ 171,379.61).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion First Open | Online bei Christies in New York erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Richard Long auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 200.000,00 (€ 171.379,61).
