Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Ravinder Reddy could be acquired at Sothebys in London in October 2008 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art Evening Auction auction, the work Head Of Vasundra changed hands for GBP 169,250.00 (€ 215,733.03) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 180,000.00 – 250,000.00. Other works by Ravinder Reddy have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in March 2013 by the work Family at USD 341,000.00 (€ 266,073.66).
