The price achieved of USD 100,000.00 (€ 87,796.31) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Rameshwar Broota have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Numbers in May 2006 with an auction result of USD 912,000.00 (€ 710,667.81).
