In September 2017 Christies in New York held the auction The Collection of Paul F. Walter, which included this untitled work by Ralph Humphrey. The »bidding war« ended at USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,348.94), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ralph Humphrey achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A/60-61 in September 2017 with an auction result of USD 237,500.00 (€ 201,049.69).

Im September 2017 führte Christies in New York die Auktion The Collection of Paul F. Walter durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ralph Humphrey zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.348,94) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ralph Humphrey erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A/60-61 im September 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 237.500,00 (€ 201.049,69).
