Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2015 Phillips in London held the auction Evening & Day Editions, which included the work Video Disques by Peter Sedgley. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,750.00 (€ 5,287.45). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Peter Sedgley achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Counterpoint in January 2020 with an auction result of GBP 62,500.00 (€ 74,343.05).
