Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Elevation by Paul Winstanley was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2006. The price achieved of GBP 9,600.00 (€ 13,891.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Paul Winstanley have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2007 the work Interior (Boodles) was auctioned for GBP 18,500.00 (€ 26,567.22).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 9.600,00 (€ 13.891,04) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Paul Winstanley konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2007 die Arbeit Interior (Boodles) für GBP 18.500,00 (€ 26.567,22) versteigert.
