The work 24 Landscapes by Paul Pfeiffer was auctioned at Phillips in London in October 2017. It achieved a price of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 25,654.40), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Admittedly, works by Paul Pfeiffer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Race Riot in November 2006 with an auction result of USD 144,000.00 (€ 108,589.10).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit 24 Landscapes von Paul Pfeiffer kam im Oktober 2017 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 25.654,40) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Pfeiffer auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Race Riot im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 144.000,00 (€ 108.589,10).
