The price achieved of USD 1,500.00 (€ 1,336.06) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paul Cowan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bceause The Sky Is Blue in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 6,000.00 (€ 5,680.74).
