Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale,, which included the work Bouquet De Fleurs by Paul Aïzpiri. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 17,500.00 (€ 20,282.54), 17% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Aïzpiri - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La Baie De St. Tropez Vue De Beauvallon, which sold at auction in July 2019 for USD 81,250.00 (€ 73,000.90).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale, durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bouquet De Fleurs von Paul Aïzpiri zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 17.500,00 (€ 20.282,54) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Paul Aïzpiri mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La Baie De St. Tropez Vue De Beauvallon beobachtet, die im Juli 2019 für USD 81.250,00 (€ 73.000,90) versteigert wurde.
