Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2020 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Beauvallon La Baie by Paul Aïzpiri. Here, the upper estimate of USD 35,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 35,280.00 (€ 29,527.95). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Aïzpiri - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La Baie De St. Tropez Vue De Beauvallon, which sold at auction in July 2019 for USD 81,250.00 (€ 73,000.90).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2020 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Beauvallon La Baie von Paul Aïzpiri zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 35.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 35.280,00 (€ 29.527,95) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Paul Aïzpiri mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La Baie De St. Tropez Vue De Beauvallon beobachtet, die im Juli 2019 für USD 81.250,00 (€ 73.000,90) versteigert wurde.
