This artwork by Oliver Clare achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Olympia in November 2006. In the British and Continental Pictures including Marine pictures auction, the work Still Life With Peaches, Grapes And Raspberries sold for GBP 3,120.00 (€ 4,633.30) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Oliver Clare - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Primroses and apple blossom, a bird's nest with eggs, on a mossy bank; and Grapes, plums, gooseberries, a plum and a strawberry, on a mossy bank, which sold at auction in March 2003 for GBP 9,400.00 (€ 13,617.06).

In der Auktion British and Continental Pictures including Marine pictures wurde die Arbeit Still Life With Peaches, Grapes And Raspberries für GBP 3.120,00 (€ 4.633,30) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00.
