A top price for Noh Sang Kyoon
In May 2006 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art, which included the work For the worshippers - Bodhisttva by Noh Sang Kyoon. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 540,000.00 (€ 54,239.85), 54% above the upper estimate. This high result makes For the worshippers - Bodhisttva the most expensive artwork by Noh Sang Kyoon that we have observed at auctions so far.
