Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2006 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art, which included the work Tears V by Noh Sang Kyoon. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 420,000.00 (€ 42,186.55), 20% above the upper estimate. Other works by Noh Sang Kyoon have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 540,000.00 (€ 54,239.85) in May 2006 for the work For the worshippers - Bodhisttva.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2006 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Tears V von Noh Sang Kyoon zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 420.000,00 (€ 42.186,55) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Noh Sang Kyoon haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 540.000,00 (€ 54.239,85) im Mai 2006 für die Arbeit For the worshippers - Bodhisttva beobachtet.
