This artwork by Neil Jenney achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in May 2013. In the Post-War & Contemporary Afternoon Session auction, the work Stop And Yield sold for USD 663,750.00 (€ 511,048.66) - well above the upper estimate of USD 350,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Neil Jenney; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Threat and Sanctuary sold at auction in May 2016 with the realized price of USD 965,000.00 (€ 866,636.73).
