Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2016 Artcurial held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art including École de Paris 1905-1939, which included the work Nature Morte by Moshe Castel. The price achieved of EUR 4,375.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Moshe Castel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hallelujah in April 2007 with an auction result of USD 90,000.00 (€ 65,885.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2016 führte Artcurial die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art including École de Paris 1905-1939 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nature Morte von Moshe Castel zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.375,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Moshe Castel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hallelujah im April 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 90.000,00 (€ 65.885,80).
