This artwork by Moïse Kisling achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in March this year. In the Impressionist and Modern Art Day and Works on Paper Sale auction, the work Renée Kisling sold for GBP 107,100.00 (€ 121,846.94) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Moïse Kisling have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Course de taureaux in June this year with an auction result of GBP 472,500.00 (€ 549,908.65).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Moïse Kisling erzielte im März diesen Jahres bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Day and Works on Paper Sale wurde die Arbeit Renée Kisling für GBP 107.100,00 (€ 121.846,94) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Moïse Kisling auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Course de taureaux im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 472.500,00 (€ 549.908,65).
