Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Nu allongé by Moïse Kisling was auctioned at Phillips in New York in May this year. The price achieved of USD 82,550.00 (€ 77,482.64) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 70,000.00 – 100,000.00. Admittedly, works by Moïse Kisling have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Course de taureaux in June this year with an auction result of GBP 472,500.00 (€ 549,908.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Nu allongé von Moïse Kisling kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 82.550,00 (€ 77.482,64) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 70.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Moïse Kisling auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Course de taureaux im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 472.500,00 (€ 549.908,65).
