Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Michael Johansson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in October last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "Engine Bought Separately - Hugin II" changed hands for SEK 17,000.00 (€ 1,555.57) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Other works by Michael Johansson have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in April 2018 by the work "Ghost-II", 2009 at SEK 22,000.00 (€ 2,079.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Michael Johansson konnte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte die Arbeit "Engine Bought Separately - Hugin II" für SEK 17.000,00 (€ 1.555,57) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Michael Johansson wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im April 2018 die Arbeit "Ghost-II", 2009 mit SEK 22.000,00 (€ 2.079,01).
