Despite a disappointment, a good price for Michael Johansson
When the work "Ghost-II", 2009 by Michael Johansson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2018, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 30,000.00 – 35,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 22,000.00 (€ 2,079.01). Despite this disappointing result, "Ghost-II", 2009 is the most expensive artwork by Michael Johansson that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Michael Johansson
Als die Arbeit "Ghost-II", 2009 von Michael Johansson im April 2018 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 22.000,00 (€ 2.079,01) den Besitzer. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist "Ghost-II", 2009 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Michael Johansson, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
