Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Meyer Vaisman was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2015. The price achieved of USD 5,000.00 (€ 4,733.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Meyer Vaisman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Souvenir in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 21,250.00 (€ 20,119.30).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Meyer Vaisman kam im November 2015 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 4.733,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Meyer Vaisman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Souvenir im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 21.250,00 (€ 20.119,30).
