In March 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art | New York, which included the work Abstract Composition with Fish by Menachem Helholz-Or. The »bidding war« ended at USD 1,890.00 (€ 1,609.47), 26% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Menachem Helholz-Or - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work City, which sold at auction in November 2009 for GBP 3,125.00 (€ 3,419.91).

Im März 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art | New York durch, in der auch die Arbeit Abstract Composition with Fish von Menachem Helholz-Or zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 1.890,00 (€ 1.609,47) und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Menachem Helholz-Or mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit City beobachtet, die im November 2009 für GBP 3.125,00 (€ 3.419,91) versteigert wurde.
