Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Menachem Helholz-Or could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in September 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Impressionist & Modern Art auction, the work Arches changed hands for USD 378.00 (€ 326.51) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 400.00 – 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Menachem Helholz-Or achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work City in November 2009 with an auction result of GBP 3,125.00 (€ 3,419.91).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Menachem Helholz-Or konnte im September 2021 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art wechselte die Arbeit Arches für USD 378,00 (€ 326,51) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 400,00 – 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Menachem Helholz-Or erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit City im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.125,00 (€ 3.419,91).
