Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Three Works) by Menachem Helholz-Or was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art auction at Sothebys in New York in September 2021. The price achieved of USD 378.00 (€ 326.51) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Menachem Helholz-Or achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work City in November 2009 with an auction result of GBP 3,125.00 (€ 3,419.91).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Three Works) von Menachem Helholz-Or wurde im September 2021 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 378,00 (€ 326,51) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Menachem Helholz-Or erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit City im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.125,00 (€ 3.419,91).
