This artwork by Menachem Helholz-Or achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in September 2021. In the Impressionist & Modern Art auction, the work View Through Pillars sold for USD 1,260.00 (€ 1,088.36) - well above the upper estimate of USD 500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Menachem Helholz-Or - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work City, which sold at auction in November 2009 for GBP 3,125.00 (€ 3,419.91).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Menachem Helholz-Or erzielte im September 2021 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art wurde die Arbeit View Through Pillars für USD 1.260,00 (€ 1.088,36) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Menachem Helholz-Or mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit City beobachtet, die im November 2009 für GBP 3.125,00 (€ 3.419,91) versteigert wurde.
