In March 2021 Phillips in New York held the auction New Now, which included the work Providing Superbly Articulate Answers While Not Raising Questions by Matthew Chambers. The »bidding war« ended at USD 6,269.00 (€ 5,338.50), 25% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Matthew Chambers - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Noble Rider & Sound, which sold at auction in May 2014 for USD 28,125.00 (€ 20,619.50).

Im März 2021 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Providing Superbly Articulate Answers While Not Raising Questions von Matthew Chambers zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 6.269,00 (€ 5.338,50) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Matthew Chambers mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Noble Rider & Sound beobachtet, die im Mai 2014 für USD 28.125,00 (€ 20.619,50) versteigert wurde.
