In the Image World | Contemporary Art from a Private American Collection auction, the work Being Told That Everything Is A Matter Of How We Look At It sold for USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,148.79) - well above the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Matthew Chambers; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Noble Rider & Sound sold at auction in May 2014 with the realized price of USD 28,125.00 (€ 20,619.50).
