In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session auction, the work Third Pitch Shifter (Second State) sold for USD 44,100.00 (€ 37,221.47) - well above the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Matt Connors - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Second Pitch - Shift, which sold at auction in November 2016 for USD 112,500.00 (€ 106,352.81).
