The work Still Life no.92 by Masaaki Yamada was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Bonhams in Hong Kong in July 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 63,125.00 (€ 6,916.19), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Masaaki Yamada achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Work C. 98 in November 2017 with an auction result of HKD 1,125,000.00 (€ 121,123.30).

Die Arbeit Still Life no.92 von Masaaki Yamada wurde im Juli 2020 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Bonhams in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 63.125,00 (€ 6.916,19) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Masaaki Yamada erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Work C. 98 im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.125.000,00 (€ 121.123,30).
