A top price for Masaaki Yamada
In November 2017 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale), which included the work Work C. 98 by Masaaki Yamada. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 1,125,000.00 (€ 121,123.30), 61% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Work C. 98 the most expensive artwork by Masaaki Yamada that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2017 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Work C. 98 von Masaaki Yamada zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 1.125.000,00 (€ 121.123,30) und damit 61% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
