Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work The Seine, Paris by Martiros Sergeevich Saryan for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 33,008.97). This price was achieved in the auction Russian Pictures at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Martiros Sergeevich Saryan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Poet (On The Foothills Of Aragats) in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 623,650.00 (€ 768,273.52).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The Seine, Paris von Martiros Sergeevich Saryan für GBP 27.500,00 (€ 33.008,97) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Martiros Sergeevich Saryan erzielen.
