Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "MW V" by Martin Wickström was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October last year. It changed hands for a price of SEK 85,000.00 (€ 7,777.83) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of SEK 70,000.00 – 90,000.00. Admittedly, works by Martin Wickström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Moondance" in May 2014 with an auction result of SEK 390,000.00 (€ 42,745.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "MW V" von Martin Wickström kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von SEK 85.000,00 (€ 7.777,83) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 70.000,00 – 90.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Martin Wickström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Moondance" im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 390.000,00 (€ 42.745,60).
