Sold at the upper estimate price
In October this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Böttiger Collection H067, which included the work "Blue Moon" by Martin Wickström. The auction ended at the price of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,081.38), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Martin Wickström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Moondance" in May 2014 with an auction result of SEK 390,000.00 (€ 42,745.60).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Böttiger Collection H067 durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Blue Moon" von Martin Wickström zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.081,38) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Martin Wickström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Moondance" im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 390.000,00 (€ 42.745,60).
