This artwork by Martin Wickström achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in October this year. In the Böttiger Collection H067 auction, the work "Not Dark Yet" sold for SEK 400,000.00 (€ 33,875.85) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 200,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Martin Wickström; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "Moondance" sold at auction in May 2014 with the realized price of SEK 390,000.00 (€ 42,745.60).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 100 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Martin Wickström erzielte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Böttiger Collection H067 wurde die Arbeit "Not Dark Yet" für SEK 400.000,00 (€ 33.875,85) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 200.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Martin Wickström; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "Moondance" im Mai 2014 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 390.000,00 (€ 42.745,60).
