The work Danseuse by Marthe Donas was auctioned at Christies in London in February 2020. It achieved a price of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 57,950.11), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Marthe Donas; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Femme se coiffant sold at auction in July 2020 with the realized price of GBP 93,750.00 (€ 104,570.98).

Die Arbeit Danseuse von Marthe Donas kam im Februar 2020 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 50.000,00 (€ 57.950,11) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Marthe Donas; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Femme se coiffant im Juli 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 93.750,00 (€ 104.570,98).
