Auction result well in line with expectations
This work of art by Markus Amm could be acquired at Ketterer in Munich in June 2015 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Kunst nach 1945 / Zeitgenössische Kunst auction, the work Ohne Titel changed hands for EUR 3,750.00 - failing to meet the pre-set estimate of EUR 4,000.00. The estimated price for the artwork was previously set by the auction house at EUR 4,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 3,750.00 could thus just exceed the estimate. Admittedly, works by Markus Amm have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in December 2013 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 24,056.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Markus Amm konnte im Juni 2015 bei Ketterer in München für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Kunst nach 1945 / Zeitgenössische Kunst wechselte die Arbeit Ohne Titel für EUR 3.750,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von EUR 4.000,00. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 3.750,00 konnte den diesen somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Markus Amm auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 24.056,90).
