Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Markus Amm was auctioned at Phillips in New York in September 2014. It changed hands for a price of USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,939.18) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Markus Amm have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in December 2013 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 24,056.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Markus Amm kam im September 2014 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 5.939,18) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Markus Amm auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 24.056,90).
