The work Sans titre by Marc Desgrandchamps was sold in the Art Contemporain Vente du jour auction at Christies in Paris in June 2017. The result of EUR 15,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Marc Desgrandchamps - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sans titre, which sold at auction in May 2008 for EUR 35,050.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Sans titre von Marc Desgrandchamps wurde im Juni 2017 in der Auktion Art Contemporain Vente du jour bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 15.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Marc Desgrandchamps mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sans titre beobachtet, die im Mai 2008 für EUR 35.050,00 versteigert wurde.
