This work without title by Marc Desgrandchamps was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2018. The result of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,639.85) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Marc Desgrandchamps have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans titre in May 2008 with an auction result of EUR 35,050.00.
