This work without title by Marc Desgrandchamps was auctioned at Sothebys in London in April 2019. It achieved a price of GBP 16,250.00 (€ 18,903.45), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Marc Desgrandchamps; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Sans titre sold at auction in May 2008 with the realized price of EUR 35,050.00.

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 16.250,00 (€ 18.903,45) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Marc Desgrandchamps; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Sans titre im Mai 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 35.050,00.
