Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Louise Fishman was auctioned at Phillips in New York in March this year. The price achieved of USD 5,334.00 (€ 4,906.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Louise Fishman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Burnt Bridges in March last year with an auction result of USD 201,600.00 (€ 181,736.23).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Louise Fishman kam im März diesen Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.334,00 (€ 4.906,18) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Louise Fishman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Burnt Bridges im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 201.600,00 (€ 181.736,23).
