Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Judgement by Liu Dahong was auctioned at Sothebys in Beijing in December 2013. The price achieved of CNY 2,242,000.00 (€ 268,799.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 2,000,000.00 – 2,500,000.00. Other works by Liu Dahong have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2010 the work The Meeting Hall was auctioned for HKD 2,780,000.00 (€ 274,673.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Judgement von Liu Dahong kam im Dezember 2013 bei Sothebys in Beijing zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 2.242.000,00 (€ 268.799,19) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 2.000.000,00 – 2.500.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Liu Dahong konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2010 die Arbeit The Meeting Hall für HKD 2.780.000,00 (€ 274.673,21) versteigert.
