Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (White Temple Painting) by Korakrit Arunanondchai was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in London in April 2019. The price achieved of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 29,082.22) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Korakrit Arunanondchai have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (History Painting) in October 2015 with an auction result of GBP 96,100.00 (€ 134,419.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (White Temple Painting) von Korakrit Arunanondchai wurde im April 2019 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 29.082,22) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Korakrit Arunanondchai auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (History Painting) im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 96.100,00 (€ 134.419,90).
