Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Box of Money by Justin Lieberman was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Phillips in London in October 2011. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,893.27) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Justin Lieberman have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2008 the work A Woman's Voice... was auctioned for USD 7,500.00 (€ 4,745.33).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Box of Money von Justin Lieberman wurde im Oktober 2011 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 2.893,27) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Justin Lieberman konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2008 die Arbeit A Woman's Voice... für USD 7.500,00 (€ 4.745,33) versteigert.
