Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2014 a collector was able to acquire the work Two works: (i) The Asset (Self Portrait Blue); (ii) The Asset (Abstract) by Justin Lieberman for USD 250.00 (€ 197.97). This price was achieved in the auction Under the Influence at Phillips in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Justin Lieberman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Woman's Voice... in March 2008 with an auction result of USD 7,500.00 (€ 4,745.33).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2014 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Two works: (i) The Asset (Self Portrait Blue); (ii) The Asset (Abstract) von Justin Lieberman für USD 250,00 (€ 197,97) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Under the Influence bei Phillips in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Justin Lieberman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Woman's Voice... im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 4.745,33).
