Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2018 Phillips in an online auction held the auction Phillips x Artsy: Summer School 2018, which included the work Auto-marca 2 by Jose Dávila. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,125.00 (€ 2,669.57). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jose Dávila achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Buildings You Must See Before You Die in April last year with an auction result of USD 52,920.00 (€ 50,223.02).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2018 führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion Phillips x Artsy: Summer School 2018 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Auto-marca 2 von Jose Dávila zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.125,00 (€ 2.669,57) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jose Dávila erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Buildings You Must See Before You Die im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 52.920,00 (€ 50.223,02).
