In September this year Bonhams in New York held the auction Prints & Photographs | Bonhams Skinner, which included the work Loop the Loop alternatively titled Acrobat by John Taylor Arms. The »bidding war« ended at USD 832.00 (€ 786.09), 39% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Taylor Arms achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Various Subjects in April 2000 with an auction result of USD 11,162.50 (€ 12,281.33).

Im September diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in New York die Auktion Prints & Photographs | Bonhams Skinner durch, in der auch die Arbeit Loop the Loop alternatively titled Acrobat von John Taylor Arms zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 832,00 (€ 786,09) und damit 39% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von John Taylor Arms erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Various Subjects im April 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 11.162,50 (€ 12.281,33).
