In June 2021 Bonhams in Los Angeles held the auction Prints & MultiplesFeaturing the Arthur N. Gilbert Collection, which included the work Various Views Of Italy, From Italian Series by John Taylor Arms. The »bidding war« ended at USD 2,295.00 (€ 1,937.04), 28% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by John Taylor Arms have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Various Subjects in April 2000 with an auction result of USD 11,162.50 (€ 12,281.33).

Im Juni 2021 führte Bonhams in Los Angeles die Auktion Prints & MultiplesFeaturing the Arthur N. Gilbert Collection durch, in der auch die Arbeit Various Views Of Italy, From Italian Series von John Taylor Arms zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 2.295,00 (€ 1.937,04) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von John Taylor Arms auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Various Subjects im April 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 11.162,50 (€ 12.281,33).
