Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of USD 350,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 377,000.00 (€ 276,392.96). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by John Graham - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Woman with Dodecahedron, which sold at auction in November 2007 for USD 1,609,000.00 (€ 1,095,452.07).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 350.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 377.000,00 (€ 276.392,96) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von John Graham mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Woman with Dodecahedron beobachtet, die im November 2007 für USD 1.609.000,00 (€ 1.095.452,07) versteigert wurde.
