A top price for Jim Marshall - as previously expected
The work Rock Musicians by Jim Marshall was auctioned at Phillips in New York in June 2007. The price achieved of USD 3,600.00 (€ 2,662.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Rock Musicians is the most expensive artwork by Jim Marshall that we have observed at auctions so far.
