Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2012 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included this untitled work by Jessica Stockholder. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,439.55). Other works by Jessica Stockholder have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,306.77) in February 2011 for the work without title.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2012 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jessica Stockholder zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.439,55) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Jessica Stockholder haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 8.750,00 (€ 10.306,77) im Februar 2011 für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet.
